Pointing people toward their eccentricities is a great way to get both good work and strong content. If it's something that inspires someone, isn't it worth hearing about? And...that's how we ended up with a piece for this newsletter about scary dolls. Totally NOT my thing. But of course Shutterstock has a terrifying selection of super creepy haunted doll photos, and the story is ooo-eee (I do not recommend checking out the images before bed, unless nightmares are also your thing).
